The location of this hotel is simply amazing! It's just a stone's throw away from the beach and also conveniently close to the village center. The breakfast spread was exceptional and the seating area was great. The two-bedroom apartment was perfect for our sleeping needs and the pool was a nice bonus. The staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel very welcome. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its friendly atmosphere, stunning views, and unbeatable location.

A kitchen was an added bonus. We loved everything about it, all the food and service: D

The staff, facilities, food, room, cleanliness, quality, and location were all excellent. They were very accommodating for our children, though many of the other guests seemed to be there on a couples weekend. A short walk to the beach and also to the shops and restaurants in de Koog. It was a perfect choice to visit the beach/seaside and enjoy some time with our family!
For a hotel of this quality I was surprised that the beds were not higher quality. The pullout bed in the couch was actually more comfortable.

During our stay, we were delighted to find a hotel with such a fantastic location. It was so close to the ocean that we could hear the waves crashing against the shore at night. The hotel was also near the vibrant De Koog centre, but far enough to enjoy a peaceful stay. The view from the room was breathtaking. Our stay was made more comfortable with the friendly service, nice bathroom, and a delicious breakfast buffet. Plus, the spa and swimming pool were additions that we appreciated.
We missed having a balcony to enjoy the beautiful view during the day.

Lovely hotel. Very friendly staff but a shame they forgot to give me a key to the sauna. It was a little late when I was wet through after swimming. Sadly, I never got to use the sauna! I went with my kids and my dog and it was great.

During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed the complimentary bottle of wine and the great view of the dunes. The hotel's location was perfect for beach walks and easy access to all parts of the island. The spa treatments were very relaxing; we enjoyed the vibe set in the spa.
The Christmas dinner was quite pricey, but it was the only option available. Breakfast had a limited variety, but the quality of the products made up for that.

The hôtel is well situated in the middle of thé island. The rooms are comfortables and we had a nice view on the dunes. We asked for a small refrigerator, and it was delivered within 15 min.The restaurant Brasserie has a good menu and excellent food.
The main thing that we didn't like is that all the infos concerning thé hôtel, including the menus were in deutsche, but it was the same at another place.

Reception staff outstanding. Rooms bright, airy and comfortable. Public areas very good. Food in Brasserie excellent. Spa services very good, pool/sauna good.
Seems petty but €200+ per night at a 'Spa Hotel' one would hope for better toileteries (soap/shampoo etc) in room. Also bath robes in room and proper toilet rolls instead of piece by piece dispenser. Also a fridge in room would be good.

The hotel had impressive cleanliness standards, with my room being cleaned every morning. The breakfast buffet was a real highlight, with an amazing selection of delicious food. Additionally, the staff was lovely and accommodating, treating me kindly despite my lack of Dutch language skills. The location was perfect, close to the forest trail and right by the beautiful dunes above the sea.
Can't fault the hotel in any way.

A wonderful stay!! Everything was perfect for us.
I did complain to the desk that my room was not cleaned properly and they fixed it right away. Also we ate at the restaurant several nights and our meal really took a long time. We have children and it was too long for them to wait. Once we got our food it was excellent.

The location was perfect, right by the dunes, so we could hit the beach and take epic Instagram pics. Plus, the hotel had a sick heated indoor swimming pool where we spent hours splashing around and having a blast. And let me tell you, their New Year's Eve party was off the hook! We danced the night away with a glass of champ and it was epic!
The only thing I wish was better for us party animals was more late-night entertainment. It would've been dope if the hotel had a cool nightclub or something for us to keep the party going after the New Year's Eve bash.
